1. Do I need to set up an account for shopping?
Registering an account is optional. Once logged in, your customer details are stored and settled the next time you visit.
2. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Browse for your favorite products. If you can place an order, they will be in stock. Otherwise, it will be out of stock. Note that even if you have an item in your shopping cart, it is not retained and can be used by other customers as you browse.
3. Why are my items out of stock?
We strive to keep all the items listed in the catalog available. However, the material may be temporarily out of stock due to the success or delay in the supply of a particular material.
What is the return policy?

2. I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email?
If you do not receive email within a few hours of placing your order, make sure to check your personal “spam” folder. Also, be sure to check your phone as you may have entered a phone number instead of an email. Or the E-mail address on the file may be misspelled.
3. I got a refund, but haven’t I seen it yet?
Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 0-4 business days for the refund to be cleared, and 5-8 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
How do I place an order?

7. After receiving the order, what if the item or product is missing or incorrect?
For lost or misshipped items, please contact us at cynthiaschmauder@outlook.com Please provide your trade reference number (order number) and proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will be more than happy to repackage the correct item for you without any extra cost and we will not ask you to return the item that was mistakenly sent back to you! You can keep it as our gift.

We provide US delivery for all products.Orders are usually sent within 0 to 4 business days.If restocking is required, we will arrange your delivery immediately after restocking.
2. How do I track my order?

3. How long will my order take?

4. Can I cancel the order?
All orders will be processed automatically and shipped immediately after placing the order.If you want to cancel the order, please send the cancellation request via email within 12-24 hours after placing the order.
